Your brush list

Once you have brushes in the list, the day to day gets much faster. Here is everything you can do with them, on top of what you already know.

The three-dot button

When you pick a brush from the list, its name shows up at the top, in the form, next to the word "Editing". Right next to it there is a three-dot button. Click it and a menu opens with the actions for that brush:

  • Copy config: copies the settings of the brush you are editing.
  • Paste config: applies those same settings to the brush you are editing. Copy one, click on another and paste: the two paint the same.
  • Capture Page Stamp: swaps the brush's shape for what is painted on the page right now, and leaves its settings as they were.
  • Save this brush (.rbrush): downloads just that brush, as a file. Handy when you want to keep one on its own without saving the whole pack.
  • Delete brush: removes it from the pack.

The order of the brushes

Your brushes are listed in the This pack panel, on the left. You can change their order by dragging: press a brush and move it to where you want it. The order is saved with the pack, so it stays the same when you open it again and when you share it.

A trick: order them by how you use them. The ones you use every day on top, the ones you are trying out at the bottom. Once the list looks the way you want, it's much easier to find the brush you're after.

Starting from scratch

If what you want is to start over, the bin button next to the This pack name empties the whole list. It asks for confirmation first, so there's no problem if you click it by accident.
